Truly loved this space. Very quiet and comes with so many amenities. Kava as a treat too help me focus and calm me as I get work done. Now Yestine was so attentive to my experience and letting me know the amenities of the space and so so so kind and knowledgeable about Kava.

Just wow. What a treasure trove! I was greeted by the most delightful, kind hearted and fiercely talented Patience. She is your neighborhood kava tender and boy, is she remarkable! Amazing is an understatement. My brown sugar, oat milk latte was perfection, the hookah was smooth and ambiance peaceful. Thank you for such an incredible first encounter with Z-Co. I’m so happy to have found this space. I will return many, many more times. I can feel it.

Such a beautifully curated space. I’ve performed a few open mics here on the Wednesday nights and it is always a wonderful experience. Great hosting and very cozy vibe. Lots of great people and great music talents. The menu also has lots of great delicious drink options. One of my new favorite places!

Highly recommend this spot for any digital nomad, remote, or virtual worker! Whether you’re recording in the podcast studio, getting focused in a private office, or just unwinding at the super dope Kava Bar, this co-work/hookah lounge is the perfect mix of productivity and chill. A unique, creative vibe you won’t find anywhere else.

Such a unique and welcoming spot! It feels like hanging out at a friend’s place — cozy and nostalgic. Great coffee, plus Kava, Kratom, mocktails, and hookah. The podcast studio made for a fun night with friends. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
